Being part of a group with shared interests and a regular place to go can offer a real boost to mental wellbeing as you get older . We offer a range of social activities from a number of venues across the borough to help people stay in touch and make new friends. There is something for everyone whether you enjoy music and singing with our Talk and Tunes Sessions, or simply want to have a brew and a chat. Our sessions offer a friendly, safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone including those living with dementia and new members are always very welcome.
