Older people can find life difficult to manage sometimes if they have health conditions, live alone or have recently had a significant life event. Our friendly informal social support sessions for people aged 65+ years who have a mental health diagnosis and may be struggling can help. The sessions are run from a variety of venues across the borough offering a brew, company and activities such as quizzes in small group sessions with no pressure to join in.

Eligibility

This service is suitable for people aged 65+ who have a mental health diagnosis- it is not a drop in group
