Dementia priorities - Give us your views

Blackburn with Darwen Age Well partnership is a group of organisations from local health, council and charity sectors that work together to ensure that the needs of older people are included in local policy making and services.

We are leading on the development of an 3 year action plan to improve the help that is available for people living with dementia and their carers. The plan will increase the support given to people in Blackburn with Darwen to prevent the disease, improve diagnosis rates, increase services and activities for those living with dementia and ensure that everyone has access to future planning information.

We are seeking the views of people to understand which priorities we should be focussing on or if there is something else that is important.
