We are members of Blackburn with Darwen Community Network

Established in 2023 the Community network is a partnership of Voluntary,Community,Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) organisations and groups in Blackburn with Darwen committed to positive change. The network works in partnership with Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, the NHS and other key partners.

The network is managed by a board which includes our Chief Executive Vicky Shepherd. The Board is responsible for the delivery of a shared strategy and action plan for the VCFSE sector.
