The links below are to PDF files of the Privacy Notices for each of our services, based on the basis of processing used under the Data Protection Act 2018 including the 2021 UK GDPR. Each notice tells you what is done with data supplied, how it is protected and your rights under that legal basis of processing. 

In short we use a common sense approach to ensure all data we are trusted with is kept safe in our care. We also ensure that your data is only revealed to third parties either with your permission, where we are legally enforced to do so, or doing so is critical to your wellbeing (e.g. medication details to a paramedic working on you.)
