Wellbeing Team Leader (Sandwell)

30 hours p/w    £19,188 + benefits

This is an opportunity for an outgoing individual, and we would like to hear from candidates who are highly motivated, sociable and well-organised, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the work of the charity and would enjoy making a real difference to isolated and lonely older people. 

Key tasks include: 

• Supporting existing groups 
• To develop new social and physical activities for older people, working with them to become self-led, independent and sustainable 
• To engage with older people to understand their aspirations for activities and develop community offer in response 
• To support volunteers assisting the service
