This is an opportunity for an outgoing individual, and we would like to hear from candidates who are highly motivated, sociable and well-organised, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the work of the charity and would enjoy making a real difference to isolated and lonely older people.
Key tasks include:
- Supporting existing groups
- To develop new social and physical activities for older people, working with them to become self-led, independent and sustainable
- To engage with older people to understand their aspirations for activities and develop community offer in response
- To support volunteers assisting the service
