Wokingham Carer's Partnership:
Age UK Berkshire is part of the Wokingham Carer's Partnership. Together with two other local charities, Promise Inclusion and Berkshire Youth, we offer:
  • · Support to help you in your caring role
  • · Help finding local services and sources of help
  • · Health and wellbeing advice and support
  • · Friendship and connection with other carers
  • · Information and advice about carer's rights

Each of the three charities involved in Wokingham Carer's Partnership has a different area of expertise and responsibility:
