Carers Support Groups
Caring can be challenging, but you are not alone. Come along to one of our support groups in Wokingham or West Berkshire, and meet other carers.
Wokingham Carer's Partnership:
Age UK Berkshire is part of the Wokingham Carer's Partnership. Together with two other local charities, Promise Inclusion and Berkshire Youth, we offer:
- · Support to help you in your caring role
- · Help finding local services and sources of help
- · Health and wellbeing advice and support
- · Friendship and connection with other carers
- · Information and advice about carer's rights
Each of the three charities involved in Wokingham Carer's Partnership has a different area of expertise and responsibility:
