Activities and events
Stay healthy, stay active, stay independent
Age UK Berkshire run a wide range of events and activities for older people across the county, and there's sure to be something that will pique your interest.
Many of our events and activities are free or very low cost, and are friendly and welcoming - why not pop along and see what you think?
Taking part in activity sessions also helps with meeting new people, creates new interest in life, and keeps our bodies moving and working well. Research shows that keeping active means people are much less likely to face physical and mental health problems.
