Paddling from Dawn til Dusk for Age UK Berkshire

On the 19th of June, Nick Judd and Steve Law paddled from dawn til dusk for 18.8 hours to raise money for Age UK Berkshire Dementia Services. In total, this is 1128 minutes which is 1 minute for everyone in Wokingham with a diagnosis of dementia. Nick’s dad has a diagnosis of dementia and attends our Dementia Walks, Dementia Café and Memory Lane Singing Café.

We would like to give an ENORMOUS THANK YOU to the incredible Nick and Steve, who have raised over £3000 for our Dementia Services! You have made such a difference to those living with dementia in Berkshire.

It was a tremendous day, starting before 5 am they finished after 11 pm, managing to cover 43 miles in total!
