Our offices are located in central Reading, in the Broad Street Mall (upper level). Our friendly and welcoming team are here to help you from 10am - 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Our address is: Unit 119, Broad Street Mall, Reading, RG1 7QE.
How to find us: We are located on the upper level of the mall, opposite the NHS Walk In Clinic.
Accessibility: There are escalators, stairs and lifts to help you access the upper level, and our offices are wheelchair-friendly.
Public transport: The Broad Street Mall is well-served by a variety of bus routes, many of which stop directly outside the mall. For more information please see the Reading Buses website.
Parking: The Broad Street Mall car park is attached to the Broad Street Mall. If you park on level 1, you will have level access to our offices, which are just around the corner. There is an hourly charge for parking.
