Welcome to the Information & Advice Service!

We’re here to help you find the right information, support, and answers. Our team of skilled staff and volunteers provide expert guidance, working closely with the community and partner services.

★ Please note ★

▶ Our service is very busy, we’re a small team, and we all work part time. We aim to respond to all initial calls and emails within 10 working days. You will then be placed on our waiting list, this could be for 4-6 weeks, before your appointment is scheduled.

Trusted Information & Advice

Growing older sometimes creates new situations that call for information and advice about things that we have not thought about before. Maybe you’re suffering with ill health and need some support at home, you might be feeling lonely and want to connect with things that will make you feel positive again, maybe you want some advice on care or are struggling to manage on a low income.
Our Advisors are here for anyone approaching pensionable age on the phone Monday - Friday 9am - 3.30pm or by email.

Whatever it is, we are here.

Our Information and Advice Team cover everything from advice on choosing and funding care, receiving practical help in the home, support with loneliness and ill health to legal issues, bereavement, heating your home and helping you to obtain any benefits you could be owed.
