Join us for a celebration of ageing well at our fun packed event on Sunday 6 October 2024 (11am-3pm) at Middlesex University, The Burroughs, Hendon NW4 4BT.
Enjoy music and dance, interesting talks, a heath and fitness MOT and much more - plus a light lunch and refreshments. Last year over 600 people joined us!
