A day of celebration and music

A few photos from our fab community event in the sunshine! A super day of music, dancing, fun games and afternoon tea!

Thanks to the mayor of Barnet Cllr Alison Moore for unveiling the mosaics we made with St John School and Martin School and for staying to mingle and chat all afternoon! Thanks to Cllr Gill Sargeant - the new Older People’s Champion - and Cllr Arjun Mittra for coming along and lending their support! Also nice to see Martin School head teacher Ziz Chater.

Super performances from opera singer Yuri Sabatini, choir master Jenny La Touche and band Midlife Crysis. And some wonderful singing from our trustee Catherine Loveday and a few members of her choir. And Catherine's two sons Joe and Philip on keyboard kept the music flowing beautifully all day!
