    For those who find it difficult to get out and about, we run teleconference group activities. An ordinary landline or mobile phone is all that is needed to join and an access code enables a group of callers to join in one conversation.

Power assisted exercise for older people

Unlike conventional exercise equipment, this electronic power system enables older adults to work passively or actively (and go at their own pace), with a focus on improving aerobic fitness, muscular strength, balance, flexibility and social wellbeing.
