Gentle exercise class focused on strengthening muscles. Come along and join our brand-new class, every Tuesday.

Telephone Group Activities
For those who find it difficult to get out and about, we run teleconference group activities. An ordinary landline or mobile phone is all that is needed to join and an access code enables a group of callers to join in one conversation.
-
Friendship Groups
Looking to make friends, widen your social circle or just get out of the house a bit more? Whether you’re naturally outgoing, or a little bit shy, come and relax over tea, coffee and biscuits, meet new people and chat about the things that interest you.
-
Walking Groups
Join us on one of our group walks in local parks around Birmingham. This is great chance to enjoy the fresh air, the joys of nature and some gentle exercise, alone with a chat and plenty of laughter.
