Age needs one voice. Now it has:
Age UK is the new force combining Age Concern England and
Help the Aged in England.
Age UK is a member of the Fundraising Standards Board (FRSB) self-regulatory scheme, which works to ensure that organisations raising money for charity from the public do so honestly and properly. Read our Fundraising Promise, as well as why we belong to the FRSB.
The FRSB was established in 2006 as the new self-regulatory body for fundraising in the UK. Its role is to maintain and build public confidence in charitable giving.
As a FRSB member, Age UK promises to adhere to a strict set of codes and to fulfil the Fundraising Promise. We are committed to treat the public with respect, fairness, honesty and clarity in all our money raising activities. In addition to maintaining high fundraising standards, we are also accountable to an independent complaints process.
If you are unhappy with anything we’ve done whilst fundraising, you can contact us to make a complaint.
